2. In the event of non receipt of any advance salary/payment and/or any other charges by the Employer from the Employee, the Company is not responsible for payment of same to Employer.
3. The Company is not responsible for safety and security of the Employer or his Family Members physically or otherwise while Employee working with the Employer.
4. The Company is not responsible for payment of any compensation to the Employer or his family members for any act or omission on the part of the Employee.
5. The Company is not responsible if the Employee does not comply with terms and condition of working with the Employer.
6. The Employer shall make all inquiry and precaution before engaging the service of Employee, the Company shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever in respect of behavior and/or attitude.
7. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage or threat or mishap occurred at the Employers premises due to any act or omission on the part of the Employee.
8. The Company does not screen any candidate for health nor is it responsible for health problem or decease of the Employee. The Company shall not be in any manner whatsoever responsible towards the Employer for the act or omission of the Employee or any union.
9. The Company shall not be in any manner whatsoever in responsible for the authenticity of information and/or any document and/or any particulars provided by the Employee to the Employer and it shall be the responsibility of the Employer to verify the same.
10. The Employer shall be liable to pay to the Company its fees as per candidate/Employee and the Company shall not be responsible for replacement of the Employee. . If you are a business organization and or company and or Consultant and or individual we can use your name and or logo for representation and Marketing purposes of our website and or our company and or service.
11. The Employer shall take all the responsibility to seek Police clearance for the Employee and company shall not be liable for the same.
12. The Employer shall take all the necessary information of the Employee including photograph of the Employee.

12. Bhartmazdoor.com is entitled to remove or delete information of Candidate in full or part from their portal as per the sole discretion of the Bhartmazdoor.com if the same is found incorrect or false.

16. The Company is not to be considered to be an employer of the Candidate or candidate is not agent/employee of the Company.
17. The company will not be responsible for any mistake occurred in the information of the candidate to be out on portal of the company and in the event, if candidate comes to know such mistake he will immediately report the said mistake to the company and the company will correct the same. The company will not be any way responsible for the said incorrect/ mistake accrued in the information of the Candidate.
18. The Candidate hereby indemnifies Bhartmazdoor.com and their partners in the event the Bhartmazdoor.com or any of their partners made to incur any loss, damage on account of omission and commission of candidate. The Candidate hereby agree and undertake to make good of such loss and damage that the Bhartmazdoor.com, or their partners (Present and future) are required to incur on account of the said reason. The Candidate shall keep the Bhartmazdoor.com and their partners (present and future) indemnified against all loss, damages, costs, charges, and expenses that they shall have to pay on account of the aforesaid reason to any person.

The present terms and conditions shall be binding upon the candidate and his/her heirs or persons claiming through him/her throughout for all purpose.
